I just saw Joël Larose and I was able to intercept him. I was able to ask him one question before he ran to do a class presentation for the 11:30 class.
"How do you think voter turnout will be?"
"There were no real scandals this year. I see a small rise, due to the BOA class presentations, but... I don't feel it. No major hike from last year."
I also spoke with someone from the Elections office, and I am not sure if this is "On the record" or not, so I will not name that person, but apparently, only 8% of eligible voted decided to do so in the first two days.
Judging by the low traffic at this polling station next to me... Things are not looking good.
