Ramy Sonbl is a very active student politician on campus. He was VP Social affairs for his federated body. As an executive of PIDSSA, the political studies association, Sonbl has had his fair share of fires to put out. The whole executive was a mess this year.Sonbl was planning on running for the Presidency of the SFUO in the byelections, but failed his bilingualism exam.
Hats off to Sonbl for not being dogmatic this year. He has had positions all over the spectrum and generally seen as a very positive addition to the Board (when he was sitting for PIDSSA).
Funny story: Sonbl once threw a Rotonde in my face, right here in 1848, after we published a story on PIDSSA.
We'll try to get him to talk about that incident, among other issues, later on in the night.

He can jump in the sinking ship with Dean and me. I called first mate though. He can be an able seaman or something.
