Where is François Picard? We are still waiting for Picard and that is the only topic of conversation. Except for Kennery which is lobbying hard for booze tickets. Still no answer to his question.The crowd is getting rowdy. Apparently Joël Larose and Liz Doneathy are playing "pennies", some type of drinking game.
