As was reported exclusively on The SFUO Blog, Julie Séguin was irritated with François Picard's alledged behaviour after the permitted "campaigning" period. According to SFUO rules, all candidates had to stop campaigning at 5:30PM-6PM today.
Séguin claims that Picard kept campaigning after this period. It is still unclear as to whether these allegations are founded, and we have been unable to contact Picard to confirm or deny these results.
Séguin arrived a few minutes ago and has been complaining about the situation ever since. We will keep everyone posted on this issue.
